As a general rule, over 90% of cases settle before they go to trial. The reason they settle is generally that one side is well prepared, ready, and able to follow through with rational and compelling evidence and arguments. Our job is to be sure that your side is the one that is ready, and that the other side is the one that will have to think twice before risking a judgment against them.
Sometimes, cases have to go to trial. People would be surprised how many "trial" lawyers are terrified of the courtroom, and will do almost anything to convince their clients to resolve the case to allay the lawyer's fears. We don't do that. If the case needs to go to trial, we won't back down. We are experienced trial attorneys. We will never forget that it is your case, your life, and your decision.
